Introducing our new batch of limited release barrel chunks – Barbados Rum!
Sourced from barrels previously used to mature Caribbean rum, these chunks bring rich colour and depth to your spirit. The seasoned oak imparts notes of molasses, vanilla and caramel, with hints of dried fruit, toasted oak and gentle tropical spice.
Soaking Suggestions:
500g of chunks will age 2.5L of 40% spirit in 7-8 days or to taste.
500g of chunks will age 2.5L of 60% spirit in 4-5 days or to taste (see the 93/50/60 method)
