Hi done my first wash with the beer me boiler the boiler keeps turning off and on it doesn’t get hot enough to heat the condenser
I have been told it’s a crook thermostat it the first time it has been used are thermostats available for the boiler?
Sorry you are having issues, we generally dont have this issue, we will make sure we get you up and running again, what was the wash? Sometimes if people are fermenting fruit or if there is a lot of sugar on the base it traps the heat and trips out, can you give it a try with just 15 litres of water and see what happens. Let me know how you go.
